Spa Policies
Please keep in mind that our Spa Policy is set in place to preserve the relaxing and stress-free environment of the spa. We thank you for your cooperation.
Cancellations and No Shows
If you need to modify or cancel your appointment, we ask for a 24 hour notice. In the event that you are unable to give sufficient notice, a cancellation charge for the full service will apply if we cannot fill the appointment. When booking parties of three or more, the cancellation period extends to 48 hours. Credit Card is required at time of booking.
Product returns
Frenchy’s Day Spa Allows 48 hours for product Returns. After 48 hours we will exchange the unused and unopened portion of the product for store credit. All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt, and tags.
Children
Guests under the age of 16 receiving services must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Cell Phones
Please keep all phones on silent and refrain from making any calls while in the spa.
